   This is an excellent product! I have lost over 5lbs even after the cleanse and now have the energy to workout harder. The powder for the colon cleanse I found to be palatable and was easy to mix into water. I have lost an inch and half on my waist. My tummy is noticeably flatter and lost the bulging around the back of my bra straps. It also minimizes the look of any bumpy fat. At the beginning of the liver and gallbladder cleanse there was very nasty stuff like I have never experienced before that came out. This I had never experienced with cleanses I had done in the past. There was a noticeable change in my skin especially around my nose creases where it used to be dry and red is now smooth and clearer. The Whites of my eyes are clear and white. I was even complemented by a customer at the health food store the other day about the bright of my eyes which i havent heard in years. My hair does get oily any where near as much between washes and looks shinier and healthier. My sleep has also improved. It Was easier to fall asleep earlier and to wake up earlier without feeling tired and groggy in the morning After the kidney and bladder cleanse, kidney stones were broken down which would cause some discomfort in the mornings. I put a castor oil pack with heating pad for half an hour which gave almost instant relief. I have now after 6 weeks been passing the stones. I took some herbs for bladder kidney infection while this has been going on. If you are looking to purchase a cleansing kit I would definately recommend this cleansing kit! Thank you! And praise God
